Be curious, not critical—A compassionate space for growth

In person and online therapy to help you explore, heal, and move forward with clarity.

My approach

My approach is rooted in curiosity and self-compassion. Rather than harsh self-criticism, we explore the thoughts and patterns that may be holding you back—whether it's anxiety, low self-esteem, or negative self-talk. Through this process, you'll develop a greater sense of confidence, emotional resilience, and a more accepting relationship with yourself and others.

A safe space to relax and be curious

All of your sessions will take place in a soothing, private office space designed for your comfort with complimentary tea and water, and a serene, calm environment. If you'd prefer a more dynamic approach, I also offer walking therapy sessions around the home grounds, allowing you to engage with nature while working through your thoughts.

In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located in West London. Can’t make it in? No problem – I also offer online therapy, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space.

Shereen Alexander

I hold a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Certificate in EMDR. Additionally, I’ve engaged with regular training in areas such as OCD, Insomnia, Trauma and Personality Disorders further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive support to my clients.

  • "Shereen was wonderful to work with. She started by asking me what I want to get out of therapy, and continued to really personalize the process and really tailor it to what I needed, something I never really had before. I also appreciated that there was never an implication of "changing me", unless there was a specific behavior I wanted to change. In that way it really felt like she was listening and helping rather than judging, which was a fear I had before starting this process. I feel like I now really have the tools I need to continue my growth throughout my life, but without needing constant input from someone. Which is an amazing place to be at!

  • "I finally feel validated after speaking with you. I feel you are saving so many lives and definitely saved mine! I’m working on my assertiveness and realise I have a voice that matters. Thank you for everything!"

    – Former client

  • "I found your sessions incredibly useful in breaking down problems and behaviours into a format that I could understand. I discovered I’d acquired a skillset that could apply to recurring themes and new challenges alike.”

    - Former client

  • "Thank you for teaching me how to be assertive and setting boundaries without isolating others. I’ve reclaimed my lost confidence."

    –Former client

  • "I felt like a ghost of myself before working with you. It was hard work, but I feel more embodied than I ever have and know that I can now manage my anxiety without it overwhelming me."

  • "Having a non-judgemental space every week to just vent my concerns and clarify my thoughts has been the most helpful thing in moving past my issues."
